Cancellation Policy
- Once a booking is made, cancellation is not allowed.
- No changes, modifications, or rescheduling will be accepted after payment.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
- This applies to voluntary cancellations, no-show, changes in travel plan, or any personal reasons.
- Refunds will only be considered if Anuvarat Vishva Bharati Society cancels the booking due to operational issues.
Exceptions
Refunds may be offered in rare cases like:
- Double payment due to technical error
- Payment deducted but booking not confirmed
- Any duplicate transaction validated by Razorpay
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the same payment method within 7–14 working days.
