Cancellation Policy

  • Once a booking is made, cancellation is not allowed.
  • No changes, modifications, or rescheduling will be accepted after payment.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
  • This applies to voluntary cancellations, no-show, changes in travel plan, or any personal reasons.
  • Refunds will only be considered if Anuvarat Vishva Bharati Society cancels the booking due to operational issues.

Exceptions

Refunds may be offered in rare cases like:

  • Double payment due to technical error
  • Payment deducted but booking not confirmed
  • Any duplicate transaction validated by Razorpay

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the same payment method within 7–14 working days.
