Bookings are confirmed instantly after successful online payment
Confirmation is sent via Email / SMS / WhatsApp
Guests must show confirmation during check-in
Services (stay, programs, hall usage) are provided on the selected date/time only

No Home Delivery / No Shipping

We do not provide courier, shipping, or product delivery.

Failure of Service Delivery

Service may be declined if:

Guest fails to follow rules
Invalid ID proof
Fraudulent booking
Incomplete payment

In such cases, booking will not be refunded.
